Compensation Structure

You have the option of choosing one of the following salary structures:

Hourly rate based on billable time with the client.
Salary complete with paid holidays, vacation, sick leave and 100% paid bench time.

Both Hourly and Salary compensation structures include the entire benefit package listed in the Benefits section.

		You may be offered an extended assignment, enabling you to continue working at the client site as a Bass & Associates, Inc. employee.
		You may decide to select another challenging assignment with Bass & Associates at a different client site.
		You may receive an offer of employment from the client, as in a contract to hire situation.
