Compensation Structure
You have the option of choosing one of the following salary
structures:
- Hourly rate based on billable time with the client.
- Salary complete with paid holidays, vacation, sick leave and 100% paid
bench time.
Both Hourly and Salary compensation structures include the entire benefit package listed in the
Benefits section.
