Many times applicants tell us they are concerned about the job stability in a consulting career.
Below you will find the actual statistics of the successful transitions consultants have made from one assignment
to another through the marketing efforts of the team here at Bass & Associates. Please keep in mind,
these numbers reflect consultants that have transitioned to new assignments only. They do not take into account those
individuals who decide to accept employment offers from the clients where they are assigned, as in a contract-to-hire
scenario.
Why is Bass & Associates so successful in finding new opportunities for their consultants? Most importantly,
we are committed to our employees for the long term. When we hire a consultant, we look for the attributes of a
talented professional whose skills are varied and flexible about the many different roles
he/she can fill. Then we work diligently to communicate with both the client manager and the consultant to arrive
at an accurate end date for an assignment. At least one month prior to the end date, the consultant meets with the
placement team to plan for the transition and determine strategies for the next opportunity. The entire Bass placement
team works to find the transitioning consultant their next assignment. The Bass & Associates team also practices
frequent communication during the transitioning period to put the consultant at ease and to make him/her aware of
the many efforts that are being done to guarantee success. Because of our broad client base, Bass is able to work
with a variety of clients to discover needs they may have that will require the skills of the transitioning consultant.
All of these factors add up to deliver the results proven by the statistics listed below. If you have additional
questions about the transitioning process or the statistics found below, please feel free to email our office
at info@bass-inc.com.
